Unable to update to last version

PMDG Operation Center will not update my 747. I click on the Update tab and the box pops up and then says complete.

But when I close the Operation Center the update pops back up. 

put  in a support  ticket  in  which  requires  a  separate  sign  in

Ensure that you have downloaded and installed the latest full installer from your account. Then run the OC Updater.
