Help needed, I cannot uninstall my P3D client

For some reason I cannot uninstall my P3D Client.

I get this message:

What happens if you just try to install the client w/o uninstall? if it works, then try uninstall and then reinstall.

Are you using an Estonian Migration Tool?  Any modifications to your C:\ProgramData\Package Cache folder and files?  Windows keeps track of installers in this cache and if it is messed with then uninstall will fail.
