is there anyway to ask for a direct-to waypoint  ? Can't find the option !

have you tried asking in expert mode? I have to admit this is something Ive never looked at.

As regards immersion, I have to admit using expert mode pretty much was on par with my first rl out of zone solo... :) scary but worth it!

The hardest thing about expert mode is you need to know VoxATC procedures and phraseology, which does not always match real world. Also, real world ATC will usually give you a clue about what they didn’t understand, instead of making you say the whole thing again. That being said, if you’ve been doing VoxATC for a while, you’re probably ready for expert mode. It does add a lot of optional phrases.
