The newest update 2.3.1.2 will not run on my machine. Click on it an nothing happens.

What package did you install, the Update or one on the full versions?

If Full Version, which one?

Did you install it over your 2.3.1.1 installation?

Did you try running as administrator?

I downloaded the 2.3.1.2 update trying to install over 2.3.1.1 running as admin. right click on Pilot2ATC_Update_2312.exe and click on run as administrator  and a little blue circle appears for about 3 seconds and then nothing. No installer, nothing.

I have had this happen because there is some kind of security prompt about running unsigned program or to obtain administrator authorization.  I found that if i click on the file explorer window this will bring it to the forefront or using task switcher to look for the missing dialogue box works.

I am running Windows 10 fall creators update version.

I found it. I had to right click it and select properties. That brought up a dialog box and on the General tab and down at the bottom it had  had a message "this program came from another computer and that it might be blocked". I checked the unblock box and viola, it works now. Weird!! I never have had this happen before.
