November 24, 20178 yr Tried to reinstall the MD11 for FSX on my Windows7 OS, but after entering my email address at purchase, my order number (ID), and password I am told that my licence is not recognised.......Whose moved the goalposts? Michael King

November 25, 20178 yr Author I have no difficulty logging into PMDG, with my password or downloading the aircraft, as I have just done , but I still get the message that my licence is not recognised. So I requested a new password on my account, and have been emailed, and have activated the password.......using my original password. then downloaded the aircraft again but after entering my email address (at purchase) order number ID ie (331568) and password I have the same licence issue. December 2, 20178 yr Author Hi everyone, The activation issue has now been corrected by PMDG and installation is back to normal.
