Tried to reinstall the MD11  for FSX on my Windows7 OS, but after entering my email address at purchase,

 my order number (ID), and password I am told that my licence is not recognised.......Whose moved the goalposts?

A server update. Try resetting your password on our website, and then try installing after that. Our server got upgraded to a more secure password function (more complex than that, but still).

Thank you for your prompt reply Kyle,. Tried resetting my password at PMDG login, and resetting on personal account details to no avail.

No activation of licence.

I have no difficulty logging into PMDG, with my password or downloading the aircraft, as I have just done , but I still  get

the message that my licence is not recognised. So  I  requested a new password on my account, and have been emailed, and have activated

the password.......using my original password. then downloaded the aircraft again but after entering my email address (at purchase) order number ID ie (331568)

and password I  have the same licence issue.

Thanks, came to the same conclusion, and have submitted a ticket.

Hi everyone,

The activation issue has now been corrected by PMDG and  installation is back to normal.
