in sim menu ?

I bought cp today and I'm tryign to figure out how it all works.  

how do I bring up the in sim menu ?

Middle mouse button, start here:

I tried that.middle mouse does nothing here.

You have to keep the mouse steady for a few seconds, then release the middle mouse button, et voila ...

And be sure to select in PREFERENCES > Camera: MB View selector : on
