December 8, 20178 yr Just had to reinstall everything due to an operating system (Windows 10 64bit) error. On re-installing PMDG 777 base package within P3D 4.1 the PMDG operations centre appeared in the final stages of the 777 install (to load an update), but then disappears. Cannot find it on my computer at all. The 777 is working fine. Any suggestions? Thanks Rob Payne Rob Payne

If there is no shortcut for the updater as well, then it would be a good think to do a repair of the install with the AV disabled and set up an exemption for the folder in your AV rules.
