P3D v4 Stops working

Hi

Can anyone help, after about an hours flying P3D v4 suddenly stops working, this is  now happening on a regular basis, Im flying PMDG 737 with orbx scenery, AS16.

I had less OOMs with FSX than P3D V4 Crashing!!!

i7-6700K cpu @ 4.00 GHz on windows 10

A few common thing you can do:

- first thing check the errors on windows event viewer that can give you a clue

- update your GPU drivers using DDU

- remove any OC that you have

-check you CPU temps

-clear your P3D shaders

-play with a default aircraft

-delete your prepar3d.cfg to create a new one

- reinstall your scenery

-remove any other addon that you have

See you in a few days ;)

See the AVSIM CTD Guide (link in my signature).  Page 9 provides guidance for fixing almost all freezes and crashes in P3DV4.  Based on the limited information provided, I would suspect you have your settings set to the max.

Thanks for the info dmarques69, I will defiantly have a look at those items, might be a bit longer after tonite!!
