'...sound like a silly question, but I'm wondering if the G530/430 replace the Stock one and integrated into the 3D Cockpit ????

Happy new (Sim) year

Yes. You can use the RXP GNS 530/430 instead of the versions already available in the virtual cockpits.
There are a few easy steps to follow (detailed in the manual).

Examples.

Happy new year ;)

..very good. I'm making the move towered VR, thus fully integrated G530 that replace the generic one is very imported to me

Cheers

But are the RXP units clickable in VR? As far as I know, you have to pop them out to operate them properly.

..I do hope they are clickable

Please download the GNS V2 X-Plane User's Manual from our website (bottom of the GNS V2 page), and review the Baron 58 tutorial included at the end. This shall answer most your questions!

In short: there is a setting to intercept default GPS button/knobs and control the RXP GNS V2 instead.
