What are your hardware specs? CPU/GPU/Monitor etc. Overclock?

Have you disabled everything in the scenery EXCEPT defaults - still get blurry?

Well hate to say this but that is the typical display when the CPU and GPU can't keep up. Your cpu runs stock at 2.9 and turbo at 3.5 - unless you have overclocked it - that's really a minimum configuration. It will work but can easily get swamped by high settings.

You say it WAS working before the w10 reinstall so obviously something changed.

So, if I understand - you had a virus - you cleaned the virus and reinstalled W10 - did you do a complete reinstall of P3D?

Under that circumstance a complete uninstall and reinstall of P3D and all addons would be necessary.

If you haven't done that - do it - then run P3D with no addons at all and see if it happens. Then slowly, one by one, reinstall all your airports and TEST AFTER EACH INSTALL.

Perhaps that will highlight the issue.
