I wonder how much did the whole thing cost him overall? 10K?  He is also using only one: the Prosim 737, so one aircraft.  You will be amazed at how much money do we simmers spend.  Over the course of 7 years since I am into this hobby: close to 4000$ in sceneries, 3400$ in aircrafts, some like RealAir and PMDG bought multiple times due to change in Sim (FSX-P3D), different version of the same aircrafts, and 1200$ in various utilities.  And I don't consider myself spending a lot.  I was shocked.

Running a below-ambient temp cooling system introduces a lot of potential problems, as humidity in the air moving through the case will condense on any exposed cooling lines or cooling blocks and drip water inside the case.

Even once you deal with all of the potential condensation issues, people then often run excessively high voltages which, even though they may not overheat the CPU, can still cause voltage breakdown in the silicon and resulting degradation/destruction of the CPU.

But it does look "cool" hehe
