I was wondering why the FO does not take care of the fuel Management during the flight, especially Setting tank-to-eng when the amounts equal? Is this not included? If it is, what could I be doing wrong since it´s not working.

Good question!

Like in the real plane, the FO won't just do it by himself.

The Captain/PF (that's you in the sim) would need to call out the fuel related EICAS message that pops up.

That's the trigger for the FO to configure the fuel pumps.

The list of fuel related EICAS message is listed in the manual.

You can set fuel management to auto in the FMC. I think it was in the auto cruise page under FS actions.

If not, it's in the settings somewhere.
