PMDG? PMDG 777 reinstallation

Over the past couple of years i have been slowly upgrading my aging computer, unfortunately i have needed to reinstall most of my payware time after time. It now looks like there was a download limit on my PMDG 777 basepack & extension pack. I have sent PMDG  an e-mail to see if theres a problem  or they actually do have a dowload limit, but i have had no reply. Does anyone know if there are any other ways to contact them. I also have the PMDG 737NGX which i purchase 6 months before i got the 777 but there are no issues reinstalling it thats whats making me wonder if the problem is on my side or theres. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

hi  full names   to  each of  your post  as per  the  pmdg  rules,  there  is  no  download  limit  now    since  it  was  removed  awhile  ago now.  your best bet  is  to  raise  a support  ticket   which  requires  you  first to register  since it a  different  sign in than  the  forum

Pete, that rule only applies in the PMDG forums. This is the “Welcome New Users” forum and is not required here that they sign their posts.

No problem. Since you were reading a post regarding PMDG, I figured you probably forgot which forum you were in.

Thanks for all your help, got in touch and PMDG reactivated it for me. Unknown to me whenever i change computers i was suppose to deactivate the license through the FMC and that allows you to re-install without affecting  your remaining downloads. Thats always the problem when your new to something, takes a little while to find your feet, once again many thanks.
