Sometimes when I go through the descent checklist (SOP 1) and the FO calls Approach briefing and I say completed. He will sometimes say are you sure, not sure where to start looking for what I missed? Thanks for help.

He only says "are you sure" if you didn't complete the Approach Brief.

I think I missed setting auto brake thanks. I thought FO did this.

FO does set the Autobrakes, but you need to "tell" him the desired setting via FS2Crew's APP page. As Bryan said, when you get an "Are you sure", you missed to ask "Are you ready for the Approach brief?" prior to the Descent Checklist.

Yup, easiest way is to just "play the brief" via the Secondary panel.
