Can`t get a new password from FlightSim.com

Hi guys,

after having done a fresh installation of W10Pro,i am not able to get a new password from FlightSim.com.

I submit the request,then i see this "You will get a mail.....",but i never get a mail.Tried this for 4weeks now,have written also the webmaster of FlightSim.com----no answer.

Mailed him 6 times now.

Receiving a new password works from every other Forum-------but not from FlightSim.com.

Can anybody help me please?

Hi Mike!  Well, this time I sent a PM to Rick (Administrator).  Let's see how far this flies??

Sometimes I think it's easier to enter Fort Knox than some sim sites...   The newest annoyance is the updated test to prove you're not a robot.

Mike, I just receive a reply from Rick.  I just tried to PM you at this site but it says you can't receive

messages.  I left Rick's reply on your SOH PM board.  I also tried the email address Rick

has on file for you!  I wonder if your email server or antivirus is preventing some

incoming emails?

Charlie---i replied via email.

I use Thunderbird and made there no settings,it is all default.

I have no idea,why i can`t get mails from Flightsim.com.

I can get mails from every other Site.
