I have created a Scenario where the aircraft is Standing at EHAM runway 24.
Then I tried to load the existing Panel state "EHAM to LOWI before Takeoff".

The load starts, most of the knobs and Switches has changed but the sreens are black
and FMC didn't work.
Has anyone an idea ?
Please tell me possible reasons.

First do you have power on APU or GPU connected? I don't remember if you can load the aircraft with the chokes set on a runway and if the chokes are off, then the GPU is gone.

Disregards, I missread your post, the panel state you try to load must be with engines running, sorry.

My Startup-state is NGX Default.
Engines should therefore run.

Afterwards I load the Panel state EHAM...before Takeoff.
After pressing "Execute" The load starts (Little slowlier than usual)
but "Execute" keeps lit and the message
"Loading panel state" stays on the Screen.

In the Menu the Input for FMC is missing
(1 left is empty)

I think "the load starts" means that the 20 sec countdown starts running after loading the scenario?  Does the countdown complete?

In the back of my mind I am thinking the Tutorial #2 panel states are quite old compared to the number of updates and changes that have been made to the NGX since RTM, you may want to create your own Tutorial #2 start of scenario based on the end of scenario state at end of Tutorial #1, which is all you need to start #2.

I don't think that the load is completed.
The State is not really working.
I'm sorry because it would be nice to have severel steps
of the flight easy to start.

In other words, the 20 sec initialization countdown does not start, does not finish, does finish but the "state" is not correct?  Hard to tell which it is.

Your option is to save a scenario at end of Tutorial #1..., I believe engines are shut down. This is really easy to set up.
