February 17, 20188 yr Everything works fine on my PMDG 747-4 on Prepar3D V4, except 2 things: The landing lights and taxi/turnoff lights do not illuminate on the runway/taxiway at all... February 17, 20188 yr If you want the Captain's PFD to pop out, you'll need to go through the FMC to set that. This was something that got changed because apparently when P3D V4.1 was released, popping out the Captain's PFD was known to cause P3D to crash for reasons that still have not been determined. This was know to cause CTD to some users so PMDG added an option to choose whether to block the popup to prevent accidental CTD. You can enable the popup in the options via the CDU (I believe it is in PMDG setup> simulation but look around you will surely find it). I believe it must also be in the introduction manual that is worth reading if you haven't yet. For the illuminations, have you ticked enabled the dynamic lighting in the options of P3D? February 17, 20188 yr Author Thank you so very much Kevin and Romain, you both are right on the dot... I had landing lights illuminate ground checked, but not Dynamic Lighting. Yes, the CDU has the option there, I think I will just leave it off for now and click the FO PFD if I need it. While I have you guys here, sometimes my EZDoc camera runs smooth, sometimes jerky when switching views, I am using V2, any ideas on that, you 2 guys are very knowledgeable about a lot, so I will pick your brains... February 17, 20188 yr CTD is crash to desktop. As for EZDoc, I can't help you there as I don't use it. That said, people have had issues before with EZDoc.
