Jwenitng- I meant to tell you something too but the "edit" period is kaput. I am obviously not making myself clear about "self contained", I do not mean permanantly. If a house has a propane or kerosene tank that must be refilled but its inhabitants have all the modern convieniences off the grid; that to me is self contained.
