March 19, 20188 yr Purchased the F50. It drags my framerates terribly. My system runs PMDG and TFDi in the 40s and 50 FPS range. With the F-50 I’m getting 2-12 FPS. When I turn on the FMS it slows to nothing. So I thought, perhaps FSX is struggling with the FMC. I looked online and found several offered solutions. I gave the computer permission to do whatever it wanted to the CarenadoNavigraph directory. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it with no Virus Software. I manually installed the Navigraph data. Still it’s not working at all. I’m really stuck for a solution and I’m not getting an answer from Carenado about a refund or a solution. If i run it, I might get between 10-40 FPS until I turn on the FMC then it literally drops to 0.3fps to 3 FPS. Also, this is in the LITE version Edited March 19, 20188 yr by GrizzlyAir
March 19, 20188 yr Very strange. Something seems to interfere. Over here no frame rate issues whatsoever. Sorry I cannot help. The only thing I could recommend is to shut off some other programs one by one. E.g. the MD-82 Maddog X turned out to CTD when VRS Tacpack was enabled. Regards, Henry
March 20, 20188 yr Author Fixed a few things. It works great now as long as I don't use the FMC. If I turn on the FMC, I get a huge drop in FPS

March 24, 20188 yr I sometimes get big fps decreases in the VC, down to 7fps, but not related to the FMC or any other flightdeck selection. Seems to be a random problem in my case. Reloading the F50 sometimes fixes things.
