You need to remove the 16C ILS from the default Airport, you can use Airport inspector from this site http://www.aero.sors.fr/navaids.html , I had the same problem with KSEA and the fix was to remove the ILSs from the default Airport so FSX reads the data from just the AFCAD file as there was a slight conflict.

I am trying to edit an existing airport that is outdated on the p3d v4.4 I can open the file with Airport Design Editor,  and make the changes,  however when I place the scenery in a folder,  and move it to the top in priority it will not replace the original airport.

I do the exact same thing with Steam version of FSX SE and it works.  

I really want to use Lockheed program for a training simulation,  and I don't understand why it does not work.    Can anyone confirm that V4.4 still allows this,  or what can I do?

I have about a dozen of these installed in v4.4 and they work great for me, no issues noted.

Not payware quality of course, but way better than the default....

Working fine for me....

I didn't need to do anything special with an AFCAD.
