ILS Frequency in EDDN

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I am just finishing a flight from LTAI (Antalya)-EDDN (Nuernberg) and run in the following problem:

Aivlasoft EFB, ProATC and PMDG B737NGX updated to the same AIRAC (1805 from APR26-MAY23/18 show the following ILS frequency for runway 10 in EDDN:

FSX: 111.3; EFB: 111.3; ProATC: 111.3, however PMDG APROACH REF PAGE 109.55 / 097degrees??

Why the discrepancy?

Thanks for help

Brgds

The fact that the FSX data (now over ten years old) matches your "updated" EFB and ProATC data points to an issue with the update there, perhaps. That or those add-ons are trying to match the data in the sim. Our AIRAC cycles are matched to the real world data - not the decade-old sim data.

The LOC on the charts I'm looking at (current) shows 109.55/097, so your discrepancy is a bad update, or an issue with those other programs.
