July 9, 200619 yr A question for those who have made online credit care download purchases from WilcoPub. I made a creditcard purchase of the Legacy package download today, Sunday, about three hours ago and they have not sent me anything to my EMail addy so that I can download the purchase. Now, assuming that I did give them the correct EMail addy, does a Wilco staff have to manually process the purchase and perhaps do not work on Sundays? When I purchase from simmarket and flight1, I get the product nearly instantly 24/7. I have not bought anything online from Wilco, so I dont know their habits or policies or practices. Any advise from those of you with experience with Wilco?Randy Jura, KPDX
July 9, 200619 yr I received the email within a few minutes. (which is much faster than the download speed:)) My hunch is your email address was incorrect, or their e-commerce server is down or your anti virus/spam program bounced the email. Hope you get it soon. Bob Prince

July 10, 200619 yr I don't find Wilcopub's setup very professional, their download servers in my experiences were insanely slow, it was hard to understand where to get the necessary files, and my downloads maxxed out b/c I gave up on a 6 hour download at 5kbps, I never got a response to my email asking to reset the download count and in the end I just got ###### about the whole thing and won't buy from them again.

July 10, 200619 yr Yup, as I thought. The Wilco folk dont work on Sunday, no problem with that, but they must manually OK the purchases or monitor them or something like that or some other technical problem. I think I'll avoid buying from them on weekends in the future. I awoke this AM to a download link.... albeit it's a raging fast 10.4 KB/Sec. Ummmm.....I've heard Wilco downloads can be snail paced, BUT, their Contact department was johnny on the spot this AM with a message for my "complaint", and that is very good to see.
