June 18, 20187 yr Over several days I had been communicating With BEN, from Multi Crew Experience, even assisting on weekends. I had major problems after the last windows Creators edition update. I had two sound cards onboard, Turtle Beach head set with Mike, all software installed for these products. But after the update, my mike could go through the complete MCE wizard, but would not respond in Sim (P3Dv4). BEN, Suggested, uninstall all software for both sound cards and let windows update drivers. I did this and disabled the SoundBlaster and plugged into the onboard soundcard. BINGO, it worked, this after many days of frustration. BEN received many emails from me, an never once faulted, over the many years I have had this product, the Support is second to none, and I can only say has been the best experience in my many years of Flight Simulation. This also is extended to GERALD, Thankyou Both. If you as a Flight Simulator, are sitting on the fence and undecided about this product and support, DONT. This makes the Flight Simulation fantastic and having the support is tremendous. Again I cannot express my thanks to the SUPPORT given to MCE. Brian J Baxter (BJ from OZ)

June 18, 20187 yr Absolutely! Where else can you reach the actual programmer and have mods done just for one person! And then there's the free updates for life... 100% recommended.
