[Rumor] GTX 1180 may be delayed due to too many current gen GPU's left

Featured Replies

It appears that NVIDIA are going to delay the release of its next gen GPU's as there are too many 10xx GPU's left, and that's just a few months after we got told that prices have skyrocketed due to massive GPU demand caused by BC mining (yet, current gen prices are still crazy high)

The diminishing demand is not really surprising, given that GPU based BC mining isn't really profitable anymore.....but it looks like someone got caught on the wrong foot 😉

The 10xx prices simply do not reflect the rumor in this article.

Go figure!

NVidia should sell their overstocked 10xx's on a 80% off STEAM SALE! 🤡

Apparently Nvidia are offering to take back suppliers overstocked GPUs due to (mining) drop out, that's good of them one supplier reportedly returned 300,000 cards or are they worried that they may dump them on the market at cut price when the new GPUs are released, and the price of the new GPUs is still speculation one of the latest $729 for the 1180.
