July 13, 20187 yr Is there any reason for having more than 16 gb of ram? I notice that quite a number of folk do according to there specs but on my system I rarely seem to use much more than 8 gb. July 13, 20187 yr Nope... not unless you are using your PC for an application that requires lots of RAM. For the sim and gaming 16 is plenty.
July 13, 20187 yr Yeah, before using this '"TEXTURE_SIZE_EXP=10"' I could get by on just 8GBs of ram.
