Uninstall FSFX package?

Featured Replies

I want to uninstall my FSFX package for A320, BUT I can't find anywhere on my HDD where I can uninstall it. It's not under control panel / add remove programs, not in Start menu under FSFX packages, there's only the VFXCentral. And there's no uninstall option anywhere in VFXCentral.

So how can I uninstall it?

I don't always stop and look at airplanes.........Oh wait, Yes I do.

Intel I7-13700F, 32GB Fury DDR5 - 6000, Kingston 1TB NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD, Asus Geforce RTX 4070 TI 12GB, Kingston 2TB M2 NVMe SSD, Corsair 750W PCU, Windows 11

@jlund

If you click the product in VFXCentral, you have an option to uninstall it.

Sorry, it's not the A320 package, but the PrecipitFX I have, and the Uninstall button is greyed out, only the Apply button is possible. It could suggest that it's not installed, but why do I then get a message box when I start P3D, if I want to use FSFX or not?

Have you tried installing it, and then uninstalling it? That should work. Is there some sort of registry problem?

Maybe @Keven Menard can chime in here for a suggestion...

Do you have any Immersion packs installed? This is the only reason why you would get that message

Only the PrecipitFX, but tried installing it, click apply, then uninstall and now it looks like it's gone, so thanks for the help.
