I highly doubt that date.MS have only just started shipping Beta 2, and there will be 5 beta's before final release.

I have bo idea if that date is correct or not and nor do the vendors. However, I'd be surprised if we didn't see FSX either then or before.

Well now wait a minute.If free copies of FSX are going to be given away at the AVSIM Conference in mid September, then how can FSX be released later than that?Or is the give-away going to be a voucher, for a free copy of FSX at a later date??Rhett

It is all speculation at this point. We will know soon enough when FSX will hit the streets. Until then I am prepared to see many, many more posts like this one. There is no gain of speculating at this point. I can pre-order at Amazon right now as well, so I don't see the big news that some other website is accepting pre-orders? :-hmmm Noone will have a final version of FSX on their HDD before it's officially released anyway.Pat
