Tactical Package = Allows P3d4 (and FSX) combat aircraft  1) to carry weapons that cause damage and 2) to be shot down by AI anti-aircraft. Most non-TacPack aircraft (and ships) can be modified to work with it. It's not DCS but then again, it works flawlessly in P3d4 (both single user and multiplayer), so there's a global sandbox. Google VRS simulations.
