Help Please RCV4 not receiving a key

Hi  I am trying   to register Radar contact V4     my key is  [XXXX]  I have sent an email to  register(at)Jdtllc(dot)com    also I tried the auto mail and manually sending one   yesterday  but  had no response  any help  would be really appreciated  Thanks  Andy

Send information including the e-mail address you ordered from and your user name to plus the code number from the registration dialog to [email protected]. Include a screenshot of the registration form.

This is a manual registration so it might take awhile.

BTW. This IS the volunteer help forum so you found it.

How long should the re-registration through the form take? I sent out mine two days ago...

Sent request for key according to instructions 3 days ago and no key as of yet. Can this process be sped up?

Try sending all of the information including the e-mail address used when ordering as well as your current address, ordering name and user name, product code including any "-" if present, etc. to [email protected]. Attach a screenshot if possible of the registration screen if it comes up.
