July 29, 200619 yr wow - somebody's ready to bring FSX to it's knees :) I'm not even gonna show my puny human specs in this post :-hang regards,Mark Regards, Mark
July 29, 200619 yr LOL! My old FX-57 died when my water cooling system shut off while I was away. I'll miss the old girl, but the new rig scores higher than the FX-62 or even the New Intel Duo Core so it had BETTER run FSX :-lol
July 29, 200619 yr For what it's worth, I've never had any issues with CS support at all. They've always been really nice and responsive when I've had to reach them. Ark -------------------------- I9 9900K @ 5ghz / 32GB G.Skill (Samsung B) / Aorus Master Mobo / EVGA GTX 2080Ti FTW 3
July 30, 200619 yr Since I'm not a "real" sim pilot and don't have time to flip every switch and twist every knob, I got what I wanted. A beautiful model and one of the best vc's I've seen. Granted with all the unhappiness here, they might have waited to release the full package at once, but the block system is a great idea, if fully implemented. Otherwise I would have never considered it.Cheers,Todd

I have not bought this 757 yet but after reading what you said I will go ahead and get it. Sure looks like a good visual model. Granted there is a lot of frustration from the other simmers out there and I hope it all works out of them but for us nice-visual-model-and-thats-all-we-care-about people its all good!
July 31, 200619 yr Save your money Nevin and wait for the LDS757. It will be more than worth the wait, value for money too. Dave Taylor
July 31, 200619 yr I actually liked Captain sim before they came out with the block system and 757.The 727 may have been superseeded by the Dreamfleet but is still very nice in my opinion and I still fly it a lot. I still don't see all the deficiencies in this plane that many point out. The flight model is a little hard to handle especially at slow speeds and in that way maybe not as accurate as the Dreamfleet model but far from unflyable. The 707 is very nice model all around. Not everything in the vc is clickable but so what. It is still the nicest 707 around and flys beautfully. The F-104 is a very nice fighter aircraft but is really hard to land. I have heard the real one is hard as well but... Well it looks real nice until you decide its time to land ....er crash. The C-130 is totally awesome and the best simulation available of any military cargo plane. Don't know how accurate the systems are but she sure is a beauty. Worth every penny if you ask me.They may finish the 757 but when? The PSS is almost ready and I may opt for that one. The LDS of course I will get it when it's done regardless of the others.Regards, Carlos
August 1, 200619 yr I believe that some members of Captain Sim are retired Soviet Air Force pilots and one was an IL-76 captain whilst another is a First Officer on a Boeing 767. Still, if they are, as their website states, professional pilots, one would have thought they could make better addons! EDIT: Whoops! That was meant to be a reply to ecv737's post.
August 1, 200619 yr I thought they were slating August for the release.... Still I'm waiting on JF to release the PSS version and of course LvlD to bring theirs out.I have confidence CS will do theirs it's just a matter of when.
August 1, 200619 yr Going to release Block F of the 757 project or has he figured away to get $$$ out of us without delivering the product in full as promised???
August 1, 200619 yr I enjoy flying my 757 as is, and looking forward to the Block F. CS promised to make a preview this week, plus announced some gift for the 757 Block B owners.
