August 25, 20187 yr It is rumored it will be sold for residential use and the buyer can convert the tower into a place to live, that won't happen until they finish stripping it down. For the buyer it will probably be a million dollars up front, then they will have to go into talks with Wellington Council with an architect and consultants with a plan for use, fire reports etc etc etc which will probably cost a lot and take months before you are even allowed to swing a hammer, then you may fit it out according to the approved plan by council and have council inspectors breathing down you neck every step of the way, then after probably 16 month of all that you may get your Code of Compliance Certificate and move in. If that process doesn't kill you or bankrupt you then enjoy your new house with a view. 😎 Matthew Kane I'm Dyslexic, what's an error to you is not to me
