Hello!

I am on P3Dv4.2 - on pushback and startup the FO says "it looks like we are picking up some ice" but it is 25°c and we are on ground - on takeoff he mentioned V1 way too early (at around 60knots, and the vspeeds where correctly set)

But the most annoying is that he repeats "1000 to go, alt sel" in climb every few hundred feet. But ALT is set to FL210. When I reached the FL210 he repeats its all few secodns - I hate his voice now 😡

Should I just reinstall or is there someone else with same problem?

That's happening because you're using external Hardware (Linda, Spad, etc) that conflicts with the Dash 8.

There's a LINDA CFG option in FS2Crew for the Dash 8.  Set it to YES to help minimize what you described.
