September 11, 20187 yr I have a ton of payware and fortunately I have trouble with only a few serial numbers that are needed for the install. Two come to mind, both from Aerosoft. One is the Twin Otter X, which has over forty characters that make up the serial number. The other is the Discus which has over thirty characters. For some reason I can't copy and paste, so it has to be done manually. The characters are so small I need a magnifying glass held up to the monitor. Why are so many characters needed for a product not connected to our State Department or national security?
September 11, 20187 yr Don't know why you can't copy and paste, works for me all the time. Jude BradleyBeech Baron: Uh, Tower, verify you want me to taxi in front of the 747?ATC: Yeah, it's OK. September 11, 20187 yr Author My copy and paste works on just about everything else. I can see the characters, but for some reason it doesn't work so I go manually, and it has to happen on serial numbers that are outrageously long.
September 11, 20187 yr Personally, I'd rather have long serial numbers and online activation as opposed to being forced to install another developer's addon manager in order to use a product. Try double-clicking on the number, then press Ctrl-C to copy it. That way you don't have to actually "see" the numbers. Fr.
