September 15, 20187 yr Hello, After the recent update, my GTN 750 never gets past the grey 'Starting' screen. I have also found that the Garmin Trainer application (standalone) doesn't start any of the trainers anymore, it says powering up but then switches to powering down before actually opening the application. There is also no Garmin application running, according to my task manager, when P3D is running anymore. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks

September 16, 20187 yr @salisburyC Check your anti-virus 'quarantined' files for any RXP file. Also can you post the contents of your 3 RXP log files? Found in your Documents folder.
September 16, 20187 yr Author I checked my antivirus and nothing comes up as quarantined. September 16, 20187 yr Author Just a quick side note, I changed the location of my temp folders a while before the update, don't know if this will have had an effect at all.

I would un-install then reinstall both RXP and the Garmin trainer and let them install in their default locations. Don't move any files or folders.
September 16, 20187 yr Author I tried that as you said, and now the trainer application works, but I'm still stuck with a grey screen in the sim. Thanks for your help
September 16, 20187 yr Author I tried searching for the file mentioned in the error 'The system cannot find the path specified., code: 00000003 GTN\nonvol\sys_nandi' and the 'novol' folder is empty. Is there a way to get this file?
September 16, 20187 yr Hi, An update is coming up which should help solve this. Please hang in there!
