September 27, 20187 yr It seems after landing there is some sort of brake issue. The plane will not taxi in spite of the auto brakes being off and there is no over heat warning on the display. This never happened before the B747 8i expansion. I owned the Queen B744release, had no problems at all. I have seen others report it before the new expansion. This is accruing now with the B747-8i Is there a fix ?? Please help......
September 27, 20187 yr Check your hardware to see if it's not sending some kind of signal to trigger the brakes. Are you using FSUIPC? If so, move FSUIPC.ini out somewhere else and see what happens. September 27, 20187 yr Author Only using FSUIPC free for 3rd party integration were necessary , I do not have it assigned to anything on any of my aircraft. Thanks for the suggestion. Wonder why it didnt happen with the Q.O.S. B744
September 27, 20187 yr Had this on my first landing, the outside view showed the brakes glowing red and the aircraft would not move. If it happens again try going into the FMC/Maintenance and service brakes and tyres. it worked for me. I also had this happen on the 400, heat up the brakes to much and they either lock on or burst the tyres, same happens if you are not careful whilst taxiing. FYI; If those of you are making a recommendation for FSUIPC explain where this FSUIPC ini. file is ,for those of us that don't know so everyone can benefit.

I use FSUIPC for my brakes, and I had to go in and adjust the SLOPE to get the brakes to keep from over heating. I Earned My Spurs in Vietnam
September 30, 20187 yr What slope setting did you use for the brakes? Thank You Anthony Marquis Anthony Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700K CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHZ, 32 GB ram, win 11, gtx 4070 Super
