Nav/Com display

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I searched in the GTN 625/635/650 Pilot's Guide and looked in the System Setup but did not find.

By default the Com/Stanby Freq is displayed.

If I click on the small know then the Nav/Standby is displayed.

However after a period of time, the display automatically returns to Com/Stanby.

It seems that it is not possible to maintain the Nav/Standby display?

AFAIK: no.

Any real GTN driver here who could shed some light on this?

Please see page 4 of the document you will find at the link provided below.  Note, numbered pages begin after the Table of Contents.  On that page you should read:

The knob function defaults to COM after 30 seconds of inactivity

https://static.garmincdn.com/pumac/190-01004-04_0E_Web.pdf

That Garmin publication is a good one to keep linked for reference.

Hello both,

Thanks.

Franck, why am I not surprised to see you in this forum? 🙂

I had already the  Pilot's Guide but have now downloaded your Cockpit Reference Guide.
