November 22, 20187 yr Dear Forum Members, I recently bought the PMDG 777X Base Package and installed it on my P3D v4. But the Aircraft won't load up completely. I can't press any knobs, the Displays are black and the landing gear is invisible. Also I didn't got any activation window to type in the serial number. Then I tried everything to fix the problem (Updated the product to the latest version, reinstalled SimConnect, reinstalled the PMDG 777 and the P3D, deletet old registry entries). Now I don't know how to go on. I hope you can help me. Thank you!

November 22, 20187 yr I know the activation window sometimes loads in the background while the aircraft is loading. In the FMC, you can click on PMDG Setup and then License and see if it was activated. They have a lot of information on their site in the Knowledge Base about activating. I would try loading the aircraft again and look behind the P3D Window for the activation window if you do not see it while loading the aircraft. November 22, 20187 yr Author First of all thank you for your answers. But there no Window behind my P3D. Some minutes ago I got an answer from the PMDG Support (the answer was about checking FlexNet) but this didn't help aswell. So I'm really confused...
