November 26, 20187 yr Hello, a youtube video that I have seen is actually showing a VAS memory usage in percent left to the the primary flight display. Unfortunately on my computer the memory usage is not shown. Does anyone know where I can activate this feature? Thank you! Best regards Andi
November 26, 20187 yr On page 15, AVSIM CTD Guide, there are instructions on setting it up along with images. This is for FSX and P3DV3 and earlier as these are 32-bit applications and VAS should be monitored. On P3DV4 and later, it is not required as the application is 64-bit and 64-bit applications have around 7TB's of VAS in Windows. November 26, 20187 yr Commercial Member We removed the VAS indicator on the P3Dv4 version of the 787 as it is no longer relevant on the 64 bit version.
November 28, 20187 yr You can enable the VAS display in P3Dv4 by entering the line below in your QW787.cfg file VASdisplay=1 You can also inhibit the display in FSX, by setting the value to '0'
November 28, 20187 yr FSUIPC can show this in real time if you set it up, then you will know when your going to CTD 😁. Raymond Fry.
