January 8, 20197 yr Come on let‘s eat grandpa Punctuation marks save lives... and make sentences readable. Z turns off the ap, as far as I know that‘s correct as it controls the disconnect button on the yoke. Check out the PMDG Options in the CDU, go to the key assignments. Is there an option for AP on? I can‘t tell you for sure as I usually simply click on it. Could be shift+z or ctrl+z. Or not yet assigned. ,
January 8, 20197 yr In the pmdg key control options there is definitely cmd 1 on cmd 2 on cws 1 on and cws 2 on. The default sim ap key commands should not be used unless you enjoy losing hair at a rapid rate! And the ap and at disconnect buttons located on real life yoke and throttle handles are also in there. Confusion until you realize you can't use same command to toggle as there is no simple ap on and ap off toggle in the 737. Russell Gough SE London
