I have installed fs steam edition and pmdg 737-800 and the fs2crew 737 ngx reboot.

All to the last updates,

The problem is when i speak the green bar appear but no action in the fs2crew.

Did you read the manual?

Did you set your Speech to ENGLISH US and change the mode on the FS2Crew Secondary Panel to voice instead of button control?

Answer:

Uninstall Asus Sonic Studio, Asus Sonic Radar and Asus Studio 3 if you have them installed.  You don't need their bloatware. That solved it for one user.  Another user had an audio program called Nahimic running on his laptop.  Exiting that software prior to loading FS solved the issue for him.

If using a laptop, you may need to disable your built in mic on the laptop in order for your headset mic to be detected.

Also, the 2018 Windows Spring Update appears to add new "privacy" options for your microphone that, if enabled, can turn off your microphone.

So voice control is working then, which is good.

Your problem is audio or you're not using the expected words.

Are you following the tutorial... you need to say the right things while you're in the right mode.

Did you run the Audio test?

 

 

 

Yes, i was following the tutorial, and the voice is correct

Did you run the audio test on the audio page?  Did you hear any sound?

So i found one problem 

The voice recognition understands preflight as pre flight and dont trigger the fs2crew

But i notice another problem, when i do a cold and dark start there is no ask to start boarding, and when i speak flaps 5 and flight controls test there is no voice from the co pilot

It depends on the SOP, but you would need to say "Pre Flight Checklist" probably.

NGX Reboot is probably one of the most vetted FS addons ever with a very large base.

I consider it bug free.

Wait i realized that the problem is the fo dont talk, there is never a voice from the fscrew

On the audio page on the Secondary panel, there is an audio test function.

What happens when you run the test?

 

I hear a test sound on both of my speakers
