February 11, 20197 yr AS there was an update with PBR some time ago. I now use tomatoshade, even if it shoots my fps. As i'm flying that silver pencil over the carribbean with the classy AA livery on it, I just noticed, that reshade affected the visuals. Looked for a config but never found one, at least for the expansions and base pack since they updated with PBR. MY question is: Do YOU guys have a config of some sort, or can maybe help me tune this plz? Wings look ok but fuselage is IMO too matte and too dark ,except at some areas like near apu exhaust and just under the windscreen about the AOA sensors. February 11, 20197 yr There is no point to using TomatoShade along with PBR. It is redundant and Tomatoshade will just shoot your FPS, like you said, while PBR has no effect on performance. February 11, 20197 yr Author yes but I use both aircraft with pbr and aircraft that don't feature it (like AS airbus) My system specs: Core 2 quad Q9650 @ 3.51ghz, GTX1060 6gb, 8gb ddr3 1333, 1Tb seagate barracuda, 500gb wd blue
February 11, 20197 yr This. There is not middle ground any more. Wish we could design pbr profiles for aircraft like you can with TS. But seeing how long it takes for developers to release pbr updates it’s obviously not simple. Shame.
February 12, 20197 yr Dynamic reflection maker and tomatoshade ARE NOT THE SAME THING. Sorry for the caps but its been said over and over again. David Graham Google, Network+, Cisco CSE, Cisco Unity Support Specialist, A+, CCNA
