This is a trial interface utility that allows you to change a scenario before loading the flight.  Goes to the Bargain Hunter's Shack as a Bargain.  It's 10 EU if you like it.

A new updated p3dStarter that works without Active Sky for Prepar3D can now be tested out free during February 2019.
