March 16, 20197 yr Soundless aircraft are always welcome here...🙂...! I had never known/seen this one...what a classic plane.. Also good to know the "German" for "Glider"...or "School Glider" as really it is...thanks for posting...I'm beginning to like AFS2 for VFR... Edited March 16, 20197 yr by P_7878
March 16, 20197 yr These are excellent. I had never heard of this plane. My first encounter was the Grunau Baby 😉 Any attempt to stretch fuel is guaranteed to increase headwinds My specs: AMD Radeon RX6700XT, AMD Ryzen 9 5900X, 32GB RAM, 34" monitor, screen resolution: 2560x1080
March 16, 20197 yr Author Many thanks for the comments! It´s really a interesting plane. I guess i wouldn´t be brave enough to fly it. Regards Nils
March 16, 20197 yr I've flown it in Aerofly vr, and to me it's very scary. Kind of like being in an unsupported lawn chair balanced on a broom at 5000 feet..... 😼 We are all connected..... To each other, biologically...... To the Earth, chemically...... To the rest of the Universe atomically. March 16, 20197 yr Good video, but, it surely looks easier (i.e. less scary) than it is probably in RL (as is the case likely true for Gliders)...I did see a couple of other (SG 38) videos...landing always seems rather smooth...assuming, of course, you know what you're doing....interesting...
