Track IR and XP11

Featured Replies

I bought that new AFL King air and I see that I can hop outside the plane and click off the covers and pitot covers etc.  Problem is my track IR sort of limits me from where I can look....in other words I run out of range of view with it enabled.  If I run XP without track ir started then it won't work.  Is there a way I can use track IR, disable it, and have the views still work with the mouse like in P3D/FSX?  And the re-enable it?

There absolutely is! Go to your settings and navigate to the Keyboard section and just search for "track". An option will show up for "Toggle TrackIR control." This is where you can make a keyboard binding to enable/disable TrackIR in X-Plane. Me personally I just use the letter T so instead of having to pause TrackIR itself, I can just toggle it on and off in X-Plane and still use default views and move around.

Is it done yet? When will it be released? Will it be freeware or payware? How much will it cost? Any updates on the progress? Will it work for Xbox? Can I be a beta tester? How's the performance in VR?
