I was thinking (according to the tutorial and real world procedure as well I guess) that the PM will turn on the Transponder (TARA) during the "below the line" procedure. July 13, 20196 yr Make sure you do the trigger events. The one that comes to mind in this phase is turning the nose light to "Takeoff". Once you do that, he should start his flow which includes TCAS.
