The popup window the FO opens WILL NOT GO AWAY. Even if I put something else into the window, the popup STAYS OPEN. If i try to click int into the ECL it pops right back out. I have set Checklists to paper, but the popup remains. I scrolled through the extremely awkward cfg menu to find other settings, but there seem to be none.

The pop-up will auto close after the checklist is complete.

There's a Config Option not to use the Pop-Up if you don't need the FO to control the ECL.

Which option is it? I could not find it. Do I need to reload the plane for it to take affect?

The option is called "777 FORCE ECL PANEL CLOSED: YES"

You don't need to reload.

And the config option will save.

Okay, thanks, although I will inform you that i did switch this option to yes with no effect. the popup remained open. However, I will make sure it is set properly as I do enjoy your product.

Glad you got it resolved.

Correct, you would need to set that option prior to the little panel popping up.
