Saitek throttle quadrant thrust reverse bounce problem.

Featured Replies

Hello everyone,
When I connect 2 saitek throttle quadrants, I think windows recognizes the 2 as 1 so when i activate reverse in bounces from reverse to idle because reverse axis x on quadrant 1 is on and reverse axis x off on quadrant 2. So I don’t know what to do now.
Tested this on 2 computers, same result.

It would great if you could tell us which sim you are running.  Also, you're connecting two USB Saitek Quadrants or 1 USB and 1 PS2 connector (the latter via the Saitek Yoke)?

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

Hi, thanks ror the reply.

I am using P3D with the jeehell software.

The quadrants are both connected with USB.

Sounds to me like you just have to program them correctly. You are probably being optimistic if you are expecting P3D to assign them rationally. Just go into the controls dialog and check what assignments are set; no doubt they overlap. Your specific problem will be about button assignments, assuming you are talking about the bottom detent when you say you 'activate reverse'.

Something else to check - if I remember correctly P3D doesn't have independent reverse for multi-engine setups, so perhaps this is your problem. You can set it up with FSUIPC instead if you have that.

Hi, I have the same problem with x plane, so I don’t think the problem is with p3d

I think you need to be much more specific about what is actually happening that you are not expecting.

If you are using the Jeehell software you have to setup your throttles in that software. I would check on his forum on mycockpit.org for help as most here are probably not familiar with the Jeehell software.
