Why no dynamic rain effects in VC on any AC...?

Why isn't there any dynamic rain effects on VC windscreen in any of the default or add-on ac?

Over the past year, I have gone from being "meh" about a windshield rain effect, to "must have".

The Realair Turbine Duke has it. Although not in its latest iteration.
