It would be helpful if you would provide more info. For starters, what sim are you using? And what do you see regarding the Payload Manger? It would be good if you could post a screen shot here of the Payload Manger.

I'm using FSX Boxed

I would make sure you ran the correct installer for FSX boxed.

If you don't have FSX installed in the standard location on the C drive, or even if you do, take a look at the thread here for background info even though you are using boxed FSX:

Check that you have a XMLTools.dll file in you main FSX folder.

If so, then if using a standard installation location go to C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX and look at the dll.xml file with a text editor like NotePad. In that file somewhere you should find an entry like this:

<Launch.Addon>

        <Name>XMLTools</Name>

        <Disabled>False</Disabled>

        <ManualLoad>False</ManualLoad>

        <Path>XMLTools.dll</Path>

        <DllStartName>module_init</DllStartName>

        <DllStopName>module_deinit</DllStopName>

    </Launch.Addon>

Great!  Tell us what you had to do to get it working. That might help others who come up with a similar problem.
