I have been using Version 1.0 &1.2 without a problem but now I can not get voice recognition to work in version 1.3 (Clean install) with default aircraft, scenery, US recognition, US Voice.

The Message "Windows Speech Recognition is not available for your language".

(My Region is Australia)

Hey Bill,

Try posting your UGCX.ini file's content to analyze it.

And, what's your window's speech recognition's engine language setup?

Cheers,

Hey Bill,

Your UGCX ini file seems OK

Can you go to your Window's "Control Panel", then "Ease of Access Center", then "Speech Recognition", then "Advanced Speech Options", then take a screen of the dialogbox that appears.

Also can you post your UGCX log file?

Hey Bill,

Sorry by the delay, has been researching about this error, but found little information about it. However, I think something went wrong with the 409.cfg file, can you take a screenshot of the folder:

C:\Users\billo\AppData\Roaming\Ultimate Ground Crew X\Language

I would like to see if the 409.cfg is present and if it matches the one we have, because, seems like its broken or something.

Cheers,

Manuel

I don't know what happened to my post the other day but my 409.cfg is dated 21/09/2019 9:32 pm

Do you think I should just get a support ticket & work from there?

Bill

User fixed the problem himself.

This is how:

I simply ran ctfmon.exe from CMD & it worked, so I added it to the Start, Run via Regedit, Re-Booted three times & everything still worked.

I built my first computer 40 years ago this year & this had me beat.
